Dodge is throwing a special event called the Challenger Engine Block Party tonight (Friday, 12/18) from 5:00 to 10:00 pm at Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank, CA — and you’re invited. Dutch Mandel, editor and associate publisher of AutoWeek magazine, will be there, as will a whole boat load of new Challengers, food, giveaways, and a few surprises. Three lucky party people will be picked to cruise the streets of Burbank in a 2010 Dodge Challenger with Dutch Mandel, and even get to star in a new Challenger web video. So if you’re in the area, stop by Bob’s Big Boy at 4211 W Riverside Dr. in Burbank.

Will you be cruizin around in a plum crazy or detonator yellow Challenger or better yet, maybe one in sublime? Should be interesting.

Moparzrule: There will be several different colors there for you to check out in person — and Detonator Yellow would never miss a party like this!

Great to hear, I think the nostalgic, brighter colors compliment the Challenger’s body lines. The yellow looks sharp and I know the plum crazy and next year’s sublime will look great as well. I wish I lived in California to see it. Keep up the good work on getting the word out on your great cars!

Gosh, that sounds like fun. Wish I could also go. However, it’s a long 3,000 mile drive to and from.
Let me know when you are planning a block party in New England.
Don’t forget to bring the “labsta”!
