I have a rapid prototyping machine at the office where I can design a part in minutes and build it in a few hours one layer at a time. Within a month or so I could have metal molds for injection molding plastic parts and I could have CNC machined SMED dies made for a stamping press. Why does it takes us two or three years to do a redesign. You can use the same shell and just change the body panels and some interior panels and make it look new again. There are a lot of unemployed people who can do this fairly inexpensively for you. You need to refresh your vehicles before all your customers go somewhere else.
