   i work at a dodge dealership, i ordered mine dec. 3 2007. our chrysler rep is in the dark just like we are! it’ll get here when it gets here.

   No Challengers have shipped yet. Those were pre-production models at the race.

   If this tracking is right and if Bob is correct about the time frame there is no way he is going to get his car by the 5/15. He his still stuck in confirmation.. I have been a MOPAR fan for 22 years and it looks like Dodge may have forgotten how to take care of true customers. I wonder if Barrett’s car and Petty’s car actually got to them?? anyone know??

    Waiting in Michigan - hang in there. My just popped up and will be made in the next two weeks. I understand that the reason they are slow is that they are doing many more quality checks than usual because they want to make sure every detail is perfect. We have waited this long.

    i put money down on mine the day after they announced it would be made and have been put out in the dark and am still stuck in d status so i can’t even log on to the website to check and see if they are doing anything my vin no. is a real low one if i don’t get a real low dash tag and they screw that around (which i fully expect to happen) i probably will take my business elsewhere and this come from a guy who has spent almost 200k on dodge vehicles in the last 5 years . a courtesy call or some kind of back scratch would be appreciated

    No, Craig Jackson’s car #1 is Hemi Orange with sunroof, Mygig and perf tires. Delivery is set to be at the May 10 Challenger 500 at Darlington. Thats probably why we finally got one off the line.

Now if we could get Dodge/Chrysler customer service to do their jobs and provide information to the customers about the rest of the 08 orders and when things are going to happen with the 09’s. We should see a large run of Challengers, which were ordered 5/6 months ago, with maybe a Charger/300 sprinkled in NOT the other way around. Finally, this is the second mention I have heard that 09 orders are underway (in the video and on Allpar). If the orders are underway, why don’t any of the people who check these blogs on a daily basis know about them?

    and We never saw what kind a plate number chrysler fix on the 2008 challenger to give a unique number, it will be interresting to see that identification , went we look the ford mustang Roush model he show that plate?
